Pumpkin?
I was reading this article about Walmart’s planned expansion in Quebec. ( It can’t all be music and snowflakes ) when I was hit with this sentence. Other foods, like pumpkin-based products, are less popular in Quebec than they are elsewhere in Canada. What pumpkin-based products?  I can think of pie, cookies, bread and soup, but honestly, I’ve lived in other parts of Canada...

Most of this post* makes me want to scream, but this snippet really threw me-   A great time saver is to make steel cut oatmeal, put it in a ceramic bread loaf pan and slice it each morning, add a drizzle of maple syrup, milk and 45 seconds in the microwave—healthy breakfast in seconds and I can make it last over 3 - 4 days!
